I was very disappointed that I was charged over $500 just to try to find out what was wrong with my car. And even after I paid more than $500 for that, you still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car. You wanted me to pay $600 for a tune up as a first step in discovering what could be wrong. How much money do you think people have? Its just ridiculous. Not satisfied at all.

I was unhappy that when I called for an appointment no effort was made to get me information about how long it might take to update the software or what the cost might be. Getting the Lyft was less convenient than your shuttle. Picking up my car I had to wait about 15 minutes outside for my car to be brought around. I was told 12:30 & Lyft was arranged to have me there at that time. Would have been nice to have car ready & brought around then Other than those small items I was satisfied with the service

It was just one thing after another. I had to trade courtesy cars and leave work early to make it happen then was charged a full day because I couldn’t take a second day off early though the car was dropped off first thing in the morning. I think I paid enough to your company for a simple maintenance item that paying for a vehicle that is included at other dealers is ridiculous. I won’t recommend your store

I was satisfied once the correct parts were ordered. It just took s LONG time from first call in Dec about recall till April 20th. Other than that I was very satisfied with Darrin’s service
