Beth was awesome!! However, I was not pleased at all during the first 5 minutes of my service appointment. The young service professional never looked me in the eye, neglected to make a single note on his PC Notebook as I carefully explained the details of 5 items which was to be conducted during my **** Hanna service visit. I abruptly stopped on item No. 3, simply asking why he was not making notes regarding my service request! I demanded another service professional immediately when he looked at me indignantly...enter ‘miracle employee’ Beth. I explained that I have purchased every vehicle from **** Hanna in my life (less 15 company provided vehicles, I’m in Technical Sales). Additionally, I’m a 12 year member at RO (Gary is our Club President), **** Hanna is a life member, as are several other members of the **** Hanna sales and service leadership team. Finally, my parents (Don and Donna Kosterow) have purchased many vehicles from **** Hanna, including their Sunrise Bagel delivery truck. My point is that perhaps I was not dressed appropriately...one never knows who is in the package. Frankly, I’m in sales and it doesn’t matter. I treat every customer at every level with the same dignity and respect (CEO to Operator). Why... because I’m Kemira Chemical to every person who comes in contact with Kim Kosterow.
One last note: I left my 2016 Ram 1500 at **** Hanna and purchased a 2019 Jeep Rubicon (floor model). Enter Jeep Sales Dream Team: Kamal, Amal (sp), Chris, Layloni (sp) and Abdul.

Poor customer service. Lack of communicating with customers and to each other. Spent 2 hours of just trying to find someone to help us or acknowledge us.
They didn’t address the issues we came in with. We waited for over three hours and only received an oil change. Our service rep left and there was not a proper hand off. The worst experience we’ve had.
Firstly, they said I'll have to peave the car there for a day. requested a car and they didn't have one. Then, i asked for a ride home and they said they don't provide a ride to Battle Ground, which is basically part of Vancouver, just a few miles away. So, i got a ride to a place un Vancouver. Then, when i got the car, and, they did not complete a full check. (Previously they did all the time, and in the recall letter it was said they will do a full check. ) usually, when you go for service, they ask you if you wanna do tires rotation and and exterior wash. This time, they didn't ask and they didn't do any of those. I really hope next time, **** Hannah can provide me a ride home, if they don't have a car available for me. I just love the way the other dealerships from Portland treat their clients and all the time when they provide service, they provide a car for free of charge for their clients. This makes me thinking about where to buy my next car.

The people in the service dept were all great, however , everything that was wrong with our brand new Jeep when we brought it in is still doing the exact same thing.
