My issue hasnt been resolved it's only been addressed. Well see how long it takes to be handled. She states she has to get sales approval to fix my issue. So I sit and wait now

Well my car was in for an oil change the door was dented in.
I was in insurance claims management for over twenty years. I can say with authority that Jeff was excellent and deserves a raise.
The dismissive and condescending (not to mention borderline sexist) approach by the service team confirms that **** Hannah dealership along with Jeep are not interested in my complete satisfaction.
