Jennifer Cox was professional, polite, and thorough. I am completely satisfied with her service. I had issues with the last time I had service done here because of lack of communication, but I am happy that wasn’t the case with her.

My husband dropped off his truck for quite a few recalls. Jeff tells him it will probably tmw for pick up. He says it’s cos it won’t be done till 6 and that’s closing I get a text saying if we have any questions feel free to text. So I text I will be back to pick up truck before end of day. Jeff calls me at 2 saying truck will be done about three. I come in and lady directs me to his desk and she paged him. 10 min later he casually walks up to his desk and says what do you need. He was kinda had attitude. I saw my paper work in the stack so I picked it up and sat it in front of him. signature here once again curtly it will be awhile because the attendants are busy getting cars. He hands me my piper work and I just walked away. I have an appt Friday for my vehicle but I’m thinkin I just might go to Gresham instead I’m sick of the attitudes there. I have been so screwed over by your service sept so bad I got a new vehicle out of it once and like an idiot I keep coming back giving second chances. I’m over it

They only thing that saved this review from being negative was Kelsey. She was amazing to work with, super friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and always available to answer questions.

I brought my Ram in for an oil change and to have 5 other minor repairs done. All of those repairs were just under $1700.00. The next day my truck is running rough and then my engine light came on. I pulled over and looked under the hood. Right away I noticed that my oil dip stick was not pushed in all the way. I brought my truck back in and had to have my spark plugs replaced... Another $500. When you guys charge that kind of money,I expect perfection. The dip stick issue is NOT perfection!

Scott was a great guy he is like ups sends a great message out and live up to great leadership , customer satisfaction a10 plus’s perfect and a great reputation for your dealership my female and at time male side thinks he is a great number 1and member to have on the service team thank u ????

Teila did a phenomenal job and was first employee with **** Hannah who was honest with me regarding my pickup. She was honest in letting me know sales was aware seat was still making noise and not ready to be released. Regardless the seat is now fixed and Teila was very honest and competent and showed she takes pride and integrity in her work. Could use her as an example to demonstrate to other employees how to provide excellent and honest customer service. A+ review for her, I will leave comments of rest of process to myself. Thank You service team.
