Kelsey was kind in her words, but the whole situation with enterprise Rent-A-Car requiring me to find my own ride back was a little ridiculous. I also find it ridiculous that I have to pay for the Rent-A-Car to get warranty work done just to have Chrysler reimburse me... I was told it was a guarantee when I drop my truck off and when I picked it up and returned the Rent-A-Car, Kelsey told me that the chances of them reimbursing me are low. Had I known that I would’ve avoided the extra charges and been picked up by my family. Along with that while my vehicle was being serviced by you one of your technicians damaged the driver side rear door requiring it to go to another building to be fixed for over an hour and 45 minutes. When I got home and checked on the engine work that had been done your technician left oil splattered all over the engine bay, the valve cover he’s working on, and a variety of other components. He made no attempt to clean up his mess. I’m less than satisfied with the overall experience .
