Outstanding service from the first moment we pulled up to when we pulled in and got our car back. Really responsive listens really well and was willing to do anything possible to make the experience as positive as possible really appreciate the effort.

Everyone was friendly. It took a little while for Scott to get to me once I pulled into the garage. I interacted with many employees and all were very kind.
What's the $16 Misc Charges?, what brand of 5w20 synthetic oil?; What's been updated between existing and new software? Don't use a free software update analogy when explaining the hour of shop time charged to update Jeep's software. I didn't appreciate the diff fluid change upsell.
The check in process is quick but besides Jennifer checking me in nothing else was done she did her job

When we brought it in, it was for checking a noise in the engine compartment. They found it was the a/c Compressor pulley. They replaced it, which means they also had to do the evac, recharge and add coolant. It was brought in for heater fan noise as well. They replaced the blower motor.
We also needed the a.m.radio to work, so the antenna mast was replaced.
After paying $2425, the a/c didn't get cold on the way home. She asked me to make an appt to come back so they could take another look to see why. They found that the a/c discharge hose needed to be replaced. I believe if They were being thorough, that would have been noticed at the time they were replacing anything having to do with the a/c the 1st time we brought it in, instead of inconveniencing the customer. She told us the part was in stock and they could fix it that day. Then said parts told her the item wouldn't be there for 2 days.
On RO 171150, it states on pg 2 that the following work was recommended, but not performed, which is not true. She didn't bring any of that up.
Also, on repair order 171682,it states that the last visit, the High Side Line was empty. Did they put fluid in it last time when they noticed it was empty? Who knows?
After all the time and money that was spent, all I asked for was a car wash. She said No, we don't do that here.
All I can say, is your facility seems very disorganized, and not geared to please the customer, at all.
Very unhappy with the service provided, and will not be back, nor will I recommend **** Hannah to anyone I know.
