She did a great job communicating with me during the service process. She also sent me text messages but I didn't even know they came through because I was talking to a salesperson. Once I realize she was texting me, I realize that is a great service and I will be more attentive next time. She was nice, professional and I will request her again. Thank you!

Brought a second vehicle to Tila and she did an outstanding job of finding small things that needed fixing. I also appreciated what a much better experience bringing the vehicle in for service was this time. It used to be you couldn’t even find a place to park and we dreaded going to service there – now it just seemed less congested and more organized appreciated

The work I ask to be done was a simple change out of a sensor I had already determined was faulty. I was charged $145 for diagnostics which seems bit high to plug a cable into the OBD port & reading a code. The quote I received was for over $3,300 for a number of additional repairs suggested by Jeff. If they would have spent the time fixing the problem sensor that was requested instead of going over the rest of the vehicle looking to up my bill, I’m sure it could have been less than the $408 for a simple sensor replacement - yes , they did probably did have to remove and replace the alternator to gain access, I’ve tried your dealership a couple of times including an oil change with similar results, In the future we will be going back to Dicks Country Dodge in Hillsboro where I bought the vehicle at, even though I live in east Clark County. By the way, the missed the leaking exhaust manifold in their search fo make more money.

Jeff was great, he was helpful and friendly throughout the service. I wish I was told any update during the two hours I was there for getting my oil changed and ONE tire filled. Also would have like all of them to be filled to the correct PSI and not just one. The people were nice the wait was unnecessary.

Out of all of the times that I have brought our vehicles to **** Hannah this was by far the most pleasant experience ever. Jeff Roberts saw to it hat my car was diagnosed and repairs done in a speedy manner. Great communication and a true professional. I was apprehensive to return to **** Hannah after the past experiences but thanks to Jeff I will continue to use you facility.
