Left work early to make it in before 5 so I could get my oil changed through the express service. Made it in at 4:45 only to be told I wouldn’t be done until 6. After I said it was fine by me, the guy rudely told me to just come back another day. I get that it **** to have people come in last minute and I felt bad doing so but I don’t have a ton of time off and I made it in before 5 so I expected to have it done then. I then had to come back another day and an oil change took 2 1/2 hours through express “fast” service. Makes it hard to want to bring my vehicle here.
Scott was busy with another customer when I picked up car but another person helped me out. Have always had good customer service.
