Up dates on your delays of any repairs of our Durango while it was in your hands was needed but not provided until after we made repeated calls! We are in process of considering two new vehicle purchases and now plan to not give you the opportunity to quote! The service department is a primary department and management apparently lack expertise and interest in Management and professionalism in the service Dept! That is sad and a waste of our time!

Everything was performed as the recalls stated. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get a ride to work in Washoufal as my truck was dropped off at 9am and wasn’t completed until 438. Other than that was satisfied.

Your company made promises that they did not keep. I asked for the PIN code for my new key so I can get a second key made elsewhere you promise to give it to me. When I went to get it you said you're not allowed to give it out.
