I gave very specific symptoms and a technical bulletin outlining the problem with my truck. You guys refused to fix it even though it is a well known issue with the trucks and is covered under warranty. Jennifer was rude, combative, and not helpful.

Kelsey was absolutely wonderful through all the stages of helping me deal with my factory recall. She is a shining example of what the Hana company wants to have as a perfect employee. She always knows what is going on And is always correct about the time estimate for the recalls. Thanks Kelsey you are the best!

I was happy that the job ultimately got done. Almost everyone was friendly and helpful and the check-in was easy. I wish it could’ve been scheduled more efficiently through my salesperson. Jennifer has a flat affect, but she did what she needed to do in regards to checking me in and out quickly. Nobody showed me how to use the cover, but I figured it out.
They were a little bit busy and i had to wait about 30 min in the car to get it checked in. Everyone was nice and communicable. The only issue is they didn't call me to ask if l want some of the filters and some additional things changed after they did the checks. I wish they didn't just put declined in the system but they actually let me know about that. Overall I'm happy with the service
Darin was fine-no problem-good guy. I was not happy with the decision by FCA concerning my warranty issue. No need to contact me over this issue
Typically not a fan of **** Hannah dealerships. Enough negative experiences that I will not purchase a car from them. My experience with Kelsey and the decisions made to complete the work required was the best experience I have had at a Hannah dealership.

Kelsey was friendly and professional but I didn’t get any knowledge of what was completely done to my vehicle other than the oil change. The maintenance service apparently doesn’t include tire rotation unless you mention it. I asked to have the collusion center to quote the body damage on the truck but apparently they decided to close early or the managers didn’t know about it. I guess I will need to look elsewhere
