Beth was extremely helpful today. She was busy helping a few customers, but made sure to let me know she'd be right with me. I appreciate her being friendly with my 84yr old grandfather that came in with me as well.

After 10 service visits in the first 14,000 miles and finally being able to go a couple years without major mechanical issues, I brought my 2014 Grand Cherokee in for the ecodiesel emissions update. Made it a whole 4 days and now I have a check engine light. This isn’t the first time I’ve brought it to Hannah service to have something fixed only for you to break something else. I also asked about a piece of weatherstripping that literally fell off my passenger side roofline recently and was initially told by your service rep my Chrysler warranty would cover it only to be told later it was not. I’d already made up my mind this will be my first and last Jeep, I am done with FCA vehicles for good.

Two hours for a oil change is a little excessive. My suggestion would be that if business is so busy for the service. Maybe employee more technicians or allow time slot appointments. Also while waiting the hours for a simple oil change. It would be nice not to be chased by every salesman on the lot. This type of interaction is exactly why I didn’t purchase my Challenger from **** Hannah and simply suffer through the poor routine maintenance due to geographical need. Please place a higher value on the customers experience. I’m confident it would pay dividends in the end.

I was quoted 90 minutes-which in itself is ridiculous, how can it take my local quick lube 30 minutes and it takes you 90? 2 and a half hours later, with zero explanation, I get my Jeep back. For some reason, it took 20 minutes just to check in my Jeep, is that so corporate doesn’t realize how **** it’s part department is? An hour over the quote time, zero check in, zero explanation. Unacceptable. Will not give you a third chance.

Overall, no issues. Came back to pick up vehicle on Saturday morning. Two advisors working, one (Kelsie) with a customer. Told other advisor I was there to pick up my car. He asked who my advisor was. I said kelsie. He said she would be right with me. She continued to help her customer while other advisor did paperwork. I got a cup of coffee and waited. 15 minutes later, second advisor finally tells out, "What's your last name?" Told him, and 10 more minutes later, my car appeared. Seat was in a totally new position as well. Could have been a much quicker and smoother trip. All I wanted to do was pick up my car.

Kelsey was fantastic; I was actually telling my friends how wonderful her service was. She was friendly and thorough, let me know what they recommended but without any pressure to add services on (of course I did). Plus she also let me know what service was recommended and why, for my next visit, which is great so I can plan ahead. I just really appreciated all of the information she provided and how kind she was. Huge thank you for making this chore painless! ????

My appointment Three days before. It was for a recall. You guys did not order the parts for it until I got there. You got the parts next morning, but didn't start work on it until I arrived to pick up my car. I have told Jeff that I will be there at 4 p.m..i got there at about 4:30. I have unnecessary wasted my time there almost one and a half hours for them to work on my car. It took two whole days to do that simple job. It was a very bad scheduling management. I will not try again.
