Failed to diagnose in Oct 18 when vehicle was under Dealer warranty , however able to diagnosed in 20 minutes after warranty expired in May of 19 and charge me .
Service advisor Scott and Cindy (manager)all have different answers . Staff does not seem to know a lot about warranties , vehicles.
