Jeff and staff took care of the problem and may have saved innocent lives in the process. I mean, 20 loose lug nuts on a Jeep could have caused some problems, right. My car will be going to Jeff from now on. Thanks.

Failed to diagnose in Oct 18 when vehicle was under Dealer warranty , however able to diagnosed in 20 minutes after warranty expired in May of 19 and charge me . Service advisor Scott and Cindy (manager)all have different answers . Staff does not seem to know a lot about warranties , vehicles. Disgusted with **** Hannah.
