Probably nothing Jennifer did wrong but it seems like the company is overbooked, thus making lots of customers waiting and no updates as to the progress. Because team members are so busy they can’t even check the email to answer the calls. That’s a service problem of the company.

Staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help me out. Still had to pay a diagnostic fee for a simple fix, but will try to get reimbursed as it was default of the previous service dealership.
