You know how terrible you guys are. I dont need to write it on here, but i will. It should never take more than 2 (3 if it's unforeseen circumstances) to correctly repair a car. Jennifer was great considering. Other than that, awful. Incompetence at many levels, Lies, poor communication, and after 5 visits my car still isnt fixed. Go steal someone else's money that isn't going to question, investigate, and expect you to do your job. Many more reviews and claims to come, so as many people as possible will know what "believe in nice" really means the employees and management of your company. Im sure ****, jason and jennifer would just love to know how poorly their family brand is being run from the eyes of their customers. Believe in nice??? Believe in price. Dolla dolla bills yall. With the warmest of hearts, Eat a turd.

Greeted by Darin in service line, 1 of 2 recall items complete. Ran out of tail gate repair parts. It was explained they can only order 10 kits at a time,they knew I was coming in for that 1 should have been on hold for me.

I took off work this time 4 this particular recall and after checking in 15 minutes later I was informed that **** Hannah didn't even have the part I needed. The last recall was for my steering component needed to be welded and it looks like Helen Keller on crack welded it when it was done. And the two times before that I got a ding in my door and a dented rear bumper. Then I come in to get an oil change and there's about a half a quart of oil all over my suspension and my front axle afterwards. I know I sound like a jerk but Jesus Christ what do you want for a $60,000 truck rite.

No they wont. Last time I was in there and had a horrible experience, no one contacted me then either. That's the main problem with service, their follow through and customer service ****. I will never recommend this place again nor will I buy another car there. And ALL because of the service department.

Brought my Jeep back one week after software recall for ecodiesel due to check engine light and also “blind spot detection unavailable”. SCR was replaced for check engine light but told couldn’t find issue for blind spot detection. Just picked up my Jeep yesterday and warning message is already back and now front power windows and door locks work intermittently. My Jeep has little over 30,000 miles and has been in for repair at least a dozen times often for the same problems. I have 0 faith in Jeep products and service at this point. Only reason I still have this vehicle is I was given an extended warranty after my first several visits. What’s the point if it never truly gets fixed.

Beth was excellent in every way. I have a brand new vehicle with a problem; first time at your facility. She was pleasant and very professional; very kind and helpful. She deserves a $15/HR raise above her current pay.
