One thing is for sure, to make people feel welcome and trust that their vehicles will be taken care of, one person stands out to me and her name is Kelsey. She did an outstanding job in communicating with me. She always has a smile even during heavy rush. She acknowledged everyone waiting at her desk, even though the customers were getting inpatient. So, thank you Kelsey for your hard work.

Your service mechanic took apart my car and placed the parts in my back seat!! Also we had to go back to the dealership to pick up parts that were not placed back in the car. And to top it off, you told my wife that you did not know that we were picking up the car, even though I had a text message from you stating that the car was ready to be picked up. Rest assured I will NEVER come back to your dealership for anything ever again. I will find another dodge dealership to service the car I bought from **** hannah. Very disappointed with how our car was handled, not to mention how we were poorly treated by your service personnel.

You guys kept my car all day at your dealership to tell me 15 min before closing that you have to subcontract the work. Other than this issue you guys have been amazing, best dealership I’ve worked with. It’d just be nice to have my car back if you weren’t able to fix it within an hour considering I scheduled an appointment for the service.

Darin Greene and I experienced a learning curve that my warranty provider worked it's benefits coverage for replacement parts. Any part needed was supplied by their contracted warehouse. So I have yet to find out if orginal manufacturer authorised parts were provided. Probably they were after market substitutes.
I found Darin Greene to professionally juggle multiple customers and keep promises others have made.
