I was completely satisfied with Scott L, this was my first visit at this location, will be bringing my vehicle back here again and again.
I probably will not be back for service or even sales. My truck was not washed, as promised as a rewards member and as the sales team promised. I also did not receive a detailed report on my multi point inspection and service. I will also not recommend either. Why promise it if you don’t follow through. That’s poor business. I would think while there is so much completion that service would be at the pinnacle of your business. If I were the manager, it would be at the top!!
It is great to get the same customer service rep every time, especially when they are as good as Teila!

My radio was ghosting and I brought to Scott I the service department while the ghost ing issue was immediately notified a new radio was ordered and I was notified that it my take a few weeks to arrive. I was given a loaner vehicle
