I was told by Scott long that all 5 Star cases were on the service report and there were none. I was told the emissions valve was replaced free under the warranty for the emissions warranty and then charged $100. I have complaints about the cruse control, tire pressure, air leveling, engine light, failure to turn off the engine if in anything other than park, and other electronics/electrical systems issues and Scott just disregarded all of them. Your technician equipment was broken. I was there for over 6 hrs told they ran all the tests but only two items are on service report. I was told they were working on my Jeep to come to find out it was out in my the parking lot most of the time until I pressed them about it.

Your facility attempted to rip me off for even a simple recall, waiting 5 hours to call and tell me you hadn't done a single thing, after previously scamming my wife out of $400 in unnecessary services that I had already declined.

Your diagnosis has a glitch- same one it had last time
Turns out we need a brake system flush. Had someone called that day about it I would have had that done the same day. Now I have to make another appointment to bring our Jeep in. It’s inconvenient to get a ride if I need to leave the vehicle for a portion of the day.
