Everyone is great, friendly and welcoming. Booking the service was easy, Kelsey was great, she was super busy with another customer so someone else checked me in.
All I asked was to have more air put in the tires, while they were fixing the recall stuff.
I have some tires on order at the end of summer to replace my current tires.
The one thing I asked, was not done, but on check out had a massive list of things that need doing. These were the 60,000 service items, you can research and see what I declined. I understand it’s their job to ask these questions. It’s weird as I purchased the truck in October, the mileage is still in the 60’s so these should have been done before I purchased the vehicle? I have now purchased 3 vehicles from DH, I will continue to purchase my vehicles from you. No issues, ensure the communication from checkin to mechanic is followed up.

Service was great ! Scott was very good! But some how my carpets were not vacuumed and the windshield not washed in or out! Disappointed !!!
Kelsey was great. However the service wasn't. I had to bring my car in for service 3 times. I told them I've had this issue since I drove the truck home since purchase and even tried getting it serviced after, but couldn't due to scheduling. They blamed a sound that sounded like it was coming from the windshield on Running boards (steps) installed on the truck and tried to charge me $80 to tighten the bolts that were "loose." Then after I had them removed by the shop who installed them, they blamed the sound on the canopy (camper) installed on the bed of the truck which they tried to charge me $300 to remove. I had to get that done outside the dealership. Once that was done I didn't even have a rental and had to wait days for one... The problem got fixed, but that took way too long. I purchased a brand new high end and I'm left thoroughly disappointed.
It took longer than expected for an oil change- about 2.5 hours but I have learned to expect that and bring things to do.
Beth has always been really great, have had her several times!
