My truck has been into service 3 times now in the last 3 months for the exact same issue. The 1st 2 times I was assured it was fixed. this last time I was told the drive the truck until it breaks again and bring it back. The time and money this has cost me is becoming extreme. At this point, I'm much more likely just buy another new truck from someone else.

Well when I got greated by Scott in the service writer area, I told scott I wanted an oil change and to please have my air filter checked. When it was done and I paid walking to my truck I was looking on my invoice for info about my air filter, which there was none. So I walked back to scott and asked him if they checked my air filter and his reply was yes it's still good. I said are you sure and he said I can go ask the mechanic. And he came back and said it wasn't checked. He then replied we can check it if you want. My answer was yes that was the whole point. So the mechanic went out and checked it and it was filthy and needed to be replaced. At this point I was very disappointed that a service writer is making up his own answers instead of just saying sorry sir I forgot but let me take care of it. At this point I asked for cindy the supervisor and was waiting in the waiting room and another service writer came out and said cindy is eating her lunch right now and you will have to wait. (I was dumbfounded) whT kind of customer service is this. In the meantime scott has been into her office and came out and put the filter in at no charge. Which isn't what I wanted. I'm just in shock and it makes me angry especially since I just bought another vehicle there last week. Makes me wonder about if I'm going to come back or go somewhere else. Not to mention the 4 vehicles we have bought there over the last 3 years. Anyway done ranting. Chris G

I scheduled service from your website after looking at the special on full synthetic oil change for $69.49. I did not know that I had to have a coupon to get that price. I was charged the regular price. Oh well.

It was nice to get text updates and be able to communicate that way.

Over charge

I think they did a good job. Although I wish the documentation was more thorough. I had an inspection done but the documentation doesn't really tell me what that intales

The key faub was supposed be ready and programmed when Jeff picked up the vehicle and it was not and they also said I paid for it which they charge Jeff Downer when he picked it up so now I need to go look at my credit card to see if I was charged

Beth was great! Informative and not pushy.

They rotated the tires and didn’t put the key back where they found it. Beth was a big help with that also they didn’t park are truck where we could find it. Jennifer who we was working with couldn’t find it either. We have had problems there with you guys lost are key for the tires. Order then had to reorder it it was 3 weeks to get it so when we couldn’t find it it was very stressful. Beth was very helpful.
