Very friendly and professional, the vehicle inspection was thorough which was helpful before our long road trip. Although I am a mechanic there r just somethings I don’t have equipment for or am no longer able to perform due to health issues. I feel 100% confident having my Magnum repaired by this shop again.

was told repairs to take 1 to 2 days at most got my truck back 8 days later. Lack of communication, with everything that has happened after purchase I don't think I'll ever be back accept for recalls or warranty work.

Why does your **** Hannah "rewards" program state that a rental car will be provided for preventative maintenance when CLEARLY that is never going to happen? I was told last time I had an oil change, that no cars were available and that they could get me a Lyft... ok fine...whatever...needed to get to work. This time, I was told rental cars are not available for "just an oil change" and neither are Lyft rides? But she would go ahead and get me a Lyft ride anyway? Well gee thanks....considering I had 20 minutes to get to work and knew you guys wouldn't have a car for me to drive so assumed I'd be getting a Lyft ride since no one bothered to tell me last time these aren't available for "just an oil change"....You guys might want to consider updating your "rewards" program...JUST SAYING!

I was charged an additional $60 for dog hair when I was never called about that additional charge. Secondly I took before photos and there was minimal dog hair and the small amount there was in the Jeep was located on the back side of the back seat. Such a small area for $60. Very disappointed.
