My service was out of the ordinary yet I think Jeff and ram handled it very well. I did not expect a good experience but was very pleased and surprised at the response.
Express service was prompt. In, serviced, out!
May have to return soon. My dash info keeps advising me to update oil info -- press ok but then it advises to turn off car and put in drive. Cannot do that. You know that is a safety issue to prevent accidental rolls. The dash info should have been reset to the way it came. Too much playing around for no reason not adjusted to the way you want it. If on another express service things are changed there will be a charge of $1000 per minute for time to get there and wait for the return as set when arrived.
Scott did a great job and the detail was satisfactory.
I called another dealership and they weren’t able to get me in until August 5. After checking the safety recall issue that was not an option since it was definitively loose. I appreciate you guys getting us in on the same day since we are traveling through time

She was great. Made phone calls to help he out with jeep related issues, offered to share her food with me because I didn't eat before my appointment. I'd say thats above and beyond.
Jeff is very professional and Personable. This is the second or third time I have worked with him and I really enjoy it.

Kelsey did her job well. I Came to **** Hannah because I saw on the website that first time customers get a $10 oil change since our check engine light had come on in the middle of a 2500 mile road trip I thought it was one less stop to make which was a big deal. I booked the appointment online for 8am the next morning (I did not receive a confirmation until 9:20 an hour and a half after I dropped off the car) When I got the bill it showed $95 for the oil change and when I asked I was told I hadn’t presented it at the time I dropped off the car. My fault but definitely not great service. Also when I tried to pay all of their card readers were down so Kelsey had to manually enter my card info into the computer all told it was slower and more expensive than I expected for work I could have had done in under an hour at an oil change shop. Definitely not worth it.
I will be emailing the service manager and administration regarding my complete disappointment with **** Hannah service. Too long to write here. Suffice it to say that after being a loyal customer for 18 years I will not return to **** Hannah to purchase vehicles or service my vehicles.
