After the initial diagnosis that the radio was bad I was told the replacement radio would be in in a week. Over four months later, after I complained to my sales rep, a gal (not Kelsey) called to say the radio was in and ready to be installed. I told them I would need a rental, a loaner, or an Uber so I could get to work. I was told yes that’s fine and would be arranged. I scheduled the apt for 730am and have to start work at 8am. I show up and get everything checked in and Kelsey says she got my request for the rental and “definitely denied the request” because the repair will only take an hour. No ride share available. No warning, no phone call ahead explaining this, nothing. So I got to call my boss and tell him I was going to be over an hour and a half late today because I was lied to when setting up this appointment (I was told YES there’d be a vehicle ready for me). The repair took roughly an hour, I got the radio replaced, and then I was on my way. An hour and a half late to work, over four months after the original diagnosis and told it’d be done a week later. I’m not happy about the customer service that I received for this repair.

I'm visiting here from Northern California and had a fuel filter change light come on. I was able to schedule an adapter service and the matter was quite efficiently resolved.

I had my vehicle towed to the dealership to get a new key made and programmed. The service department wasn’t even able to find my vehicle for three hours, even though the tow truck driver was told by the lot attendant where to put it. It seemed like they really didn’t care to find it, there was no sense of urgency. The next day, I had to call three different times just to see if it was done, and again was given the run around about knowing details of my claim. When it finally came time to pick up my vehicle, I was asked to pay a significant amount more than I was quoted on the phone from the parts department and the excuse was that “We haven’t charge that less in a while.” Maybe the parts department and service department can get on the same page. Overall, I would not recommend this service department to anybody as they are very slow and do not seem to know what’s going on. I will definitely not be buying my next Ram from any **** Hanna owned dealership.

Jeff was great. Going to try his suggestions to get rid of vibration/rattle noises. If it doesn’t work, I will bring the vehicle back. ????. Parts department was awesome as well!
