Last year the person that helped us with a warranty issue caused me NOT to trust you with our car but Kelsey was amazing and bringing back me trust in your dealership.

Kelsey Arnold is one of the reasons i continue to have my vehicle serviced at **** Hannah. She is always very helpful, gives me timely updates and estimates, and she always makes me feel that she is glad to see me when I arrive.
I picked up my Jeep and had a loud noise in air conditioner inside. When I told Teila about the sound she tried to tell me that the added noise is due to the fixing on the recall for cooling fan. I had to say over and over that there is no way that loud noise should be there. Finally she said she would have them recheck it. I waited inside and she returned stating that when they changed things there was leaves stuck inside and they were cleaning it out and it would be fine. She drove the Jeep back over to me. The noise was gone and it was fixed. I drove away and when I got home I noticed the mechanic or whoever simply cleaned out the leaves ON to My Floorboard! Someone dug the leaves out and then left them all over my floorboard! Then I review my bill and I was charged for something that was not discussed to me. I have the texts of what items they were doing and the cost. I didn’t approve an added charge on my bill of $58.00 to change cabin air filter. That was never discussed nor what it part of my problem with my Jeep. I believe that I received terrible service, service was not completed (as anyone who repairs car would have heard the terrible noise if they checked their work), and charged for something I never was told about or approved! Terrible experience
I now have a scratch on my passenger side front door. The rental car situation wasnt great, irritating since the loaners were gone and stuck me with another bill.

It was a very **** job by Teila and her team... they did the job half **** like they could care less didn’t care they rushed it did not say they needed it for more than one day..... will never work with Teila and her team ever again. Had to go above her to get something done..... Cindy is taking care of the problem. You guys really need to think about how you treat customers...because if Cindy didn’t resolve the problem I would of filed a complaint with the BBB... Teila needs to stiop Lying to the customers complete the job fully and don’t rush the job especially when i am paying $200 for an excellent job.
