We took the car in for an oil change and the service advisor that helped us at the end was extremely rude and combative about me having prepaid oil changes. We then called Ken Dent, and left him a voice mail about two weeks ago to discuss our issues with the service advisor (it wasn’t Scott Long we had the issues with, it was Darrin Green), and we have not received a call or any attempt to be contacted. For a motto that is “Believe in Nice”, I didn’t get that from this experience, or the past few that I have had with the service department at **** Hannah Dodge. I have bought a car from your dealership and take it there to get serviced because it’s convenient, but I’d rather drive farther to avoid giving this dealership my business in the future. This dealerships service department is a complete joke, and doesn’t seem to be backed up by anyone who cares.
Scott was able to quickly solve an issue I was
experiencing with my RAM Truck. He worked
me into the schedule for repairs, and within an
hour my truck was repaired and I was back on
the road again.
I have said it before, but once again, this is
why I buy and service my vehicles at the
Hannah Dealerships.
Professional, competent, efficient, & pleasant.
Hannah was great. Chrysler leaves a lot to be desired. They use the cheapest leather available and refuse to repair or replace abnormal wear leather that started looking bad after 10,000 miles. It'll be my last Chrysler.

My previous 2 experiences were great, this time not so much. I pulled in and had to get out of my car and stand there looking around for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. And I was the ONLY car. Then it took an hour for the service to be done. I used the number that was texted to me to use "if I have any questions" in order to specify full synthetic scince that had not been discussed.
I received no response. Come to find out that the technition decided the tires did not need to be rotated but didn't think to ask the person who owns the vehicle. He just didn't do it. No note, nothing. After my car was brought around front, I waited 20 minutes with no one coming to get me. I used the text number again to ask if my car was done. Crickets. So I walk out to find Kelsey who says she hasn't gotten my keys yet. That was wrong, they were in the disaster of a desk in front of her. I asked who monitored the text messages to which she replied "no one". That's when I asked to speak to a manager. 6 TIMES. I'm really not happy and there needs to be significant response if I'm going to continue my vehicle maintenance at **** Hannah.

Shawn is AWESOME and went above and beyond. Nothing bad to say about Shawn and the customer service but I really miss the car wash option. Also coffee was cold in waiting area.
Overall I will continue to use the service team but little improvements would allow me to say I was completely satisfied.
I had a problem with driving over 45 miles for car service. With the care and attitudes of the staff, that all changed and I am a VERY satisfied customer . I will continue to use your service department for all service needs because of the demonstrated professionalism and great customer care.
Everything seems good so far. Only thing they forgot was to put a new oil change sticker on my windshield. Kelsey was very nice and helpful.
