Upon arrival I was informed my van could not be washed due to the size. However it was explained when I purchased the vehicle, car washes were free as part of the “sell point”. I had to make a phone call confirm my van was to be washed. After the service of my vehicle, I was told she would call in a half hour when it was finished. I arrived back at service department after 45 min after that phone call. I was then told the van had not been washed and it would be another 45 min. I just want truth. A yes to be yes and a no to be no. Facts straightened out so next time there will be no issues. I appreciate your time. Staci S
