This was my first time working with Beth and I found it to be a positive experience. She was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of my car. I had spoken to her on the phone prior to going to the service center. I would say it was the best experience I’ve had since I started bringing my car to the service center.

I had a 8AM appt for checking sluggish upon starting my truck and rotation of the tires. Texted for update at 10:30. No answer but phone call before 11:00 when I was told my fuel filter and air filter were clogged and needed to be replaced. I authorized the repair. Went to the service rep and told her I was waiting now. After checking with her 2 times got my truck back at 1:06PM. Two hours to replace two filters. Too long and too much money.
Outstanding job will come back because of her.
The gentleman who greeted me was very nice. He was great. I’m just disappointed I didn’t feel like it was the same experience as in the past. I didn’t get an electronic notification of my vehicle report. I wasn’t offered a car wash.
I waited about 2 hours.
Beth went the extra mile. It was a very frustrating situation thanks to my insurance. She put up with my tears, my frustrations with the highest standard of professionalism any employer would be proud of.

Teila is an amazing service advisor, she knows her products, is a great listener to your concerns and keeps you updated on the progress of your vehicle. All this with a great smile and cheerful personality.
I will have to make another appointment as the shifter does not work properly now. Sometimes when I put it in drive the d blinx the car does not move forward.
This is the second time with Teila. She guided me from the start. Answered my questions and when the car was ready she called as she said she would. Very proper and pleasant person.
