The person I dealt with was fine, the process you have for what I was having done needs to be addressed. I had a faulty seatbelt when I purchased my vehicle, this should have been easy. instead I sat for two to two and a half hours to be told my part would be ordered, which I was expecting that you wouldn’t have the part on hand and I would have to return for installation. This should have been as simple as yep it’s broke.. we’ll get one ordered
Kelsey was amazing. She was very kind and helpful when I had to call when my car was dead. And equally wonderful when I did get it there.
I am disappointed however, that an $82 service did not even include a window cleaning. Also, today I found a coupon for $54 for a 1st time customers service. As it was a last minute decision to do it as Kelsey recommended it, the coupon should have been offered.
My wife, 4 year old daughter and myself came in this morning before our vacation to have a key cut and key fob programmed. We were told this would take an hour. Being an ASE certified technician for Toyota, I thought this to be a reasonable time frame. Almost three hours later, not being spoken to or advised as to the status of the repair while we waited in the lobby, I approached Shawn at his service desk to be informed that they not only were unable to get my formerly functioning key fob to work, they were unable to program my new key either and blamed the SKIM module and tried to sell me a new one for a total of $900. I was able to demonstrate to Shawn after a brief light argument that the technician had installed the wrong battery into the key fob. I demonstrated this by opening the new key fob and showing him the proper batteries and the voltage necessary to make the fob function. He said nothing and continued to order the new module without my consent. When we left our old key still worked, but not the old fob. The new fob is working, but not the new key. Our vacation is literally ruined and we missed our travel plans. My wife and I are extremely put out by the total lack of professionalism and feel we should be refunded the labor charges as we left with essentially what we arrived with. We do feel paying for the parts would be ethical. As it stands we paid for a repair we never received, and were damaged by our visit to your facility. Very, very disappointed.

They have been unable to diagnose the problem with my brake intermittently not working properly. I finally threw up my hands and told them to replace the master brake cylinder to the tune of almost $1,000. Last night the problem reoccurred. So, no, i’m Not pleased with your service department even though Jeff and Scott have certainly done their best.
