What was supposed to be a one and a half our software update and it up being five hours . Gary was great keep me up dated on the job I've had terrible luck with Hannah in the past and I swore I would never come back to Hannah I will go to Northwest jeep where I had excellent timely service .

I couldn't get a hold of anyone for two days to get an update on my vehicle. No one returned my call. I ended up driving to the dealership to talk to someone in person. The communication was terrible. I'm really unimpressed.

I liked working with Allison. She's really nice and pretty chill. She contacted me around the time she said she was to let me know what was going on about my car. I would work with her again.
Kelsey went the extra mile to insure she addressed all my issues. I was deeply disappointed that a loaner was not being provided since you were repairing damage done by the dealership and Kelsey was able to get me a loaner. My question is why with a lot full of vevicles your company does not provide loaners on repairs of a manufacturer's defect but that falls on management. Kelsey went above to insure the work was done correctly this time.

I tried twice to get someone to call me back when I had a concern last week. This last experience , I had to call you again to see if my car was going to be ready today to pick up. No one called me except the shudder service people. They told me my car was ready and they could come get me now.
When making the appointment via telephone, the customer service agent informed me that I would need to leave my vehicle for the day and did I need a loaner car. I said yes and was promised that if a loaner car would not be available for me, that the service manager would call. That call did not come so I made my plans based on having a loaner car for the day. When I arrived I was not given a loaner and was only offered a shuttle ride home if I was willing to wait 30 to 45 minutes for pick up. This was not acceptable, my plans were completely upset for the day and I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of attention to the problem by Allie, the service rep assigned to me.
The service was well done and complete on time, but I had to call and find that it was complete, I did not receive a call from Allie.
In summary, following through on phone calls to notify the customer seems to be a task that the service department struggles with. I was not notified in advance that a loaner car would not be provided, and I was not notified as soon as my car was ready for pick up.
You need to do better.
