Never got a call back about my vehicle. After leaving multiple messages I found out the my rep wasn't even there. She had gone home a few hrs after I dropped my car off. So once again the problem didn't get fixed, the problem "couldn't" be duplicated (because of the outside temp being to low) which I told 3 different people. And then was told it's just knocking and grinding because that's the way that motor runs. Over all I'll probably never buy another car from this place. They are all smiles and are super helpful till they get your money and then they just wash there hands of ya.
I came because a low pressure light was on. You said it as fixed. It is two weeks later and it is back on. Something wrong.

I already filed a formal complaint with Dodge Corporate. I certainly don't need to speak with any at the dealership.
Still not sure why the part for my truck cost more than twice as much as I was quoted from the parts dept. if I would have bought it outright from them, this has happened on other occasions as well.
Kelsey provided great service and communication through the process. Wish it wouldn't have taken as long, but she kept me updated and felt valued as a customer. I'm in customer service too so I understand how difficult the job can be and she does it well.

Still need gas cap cover repairs and passenger door does not close completely will call to schedule another appt tomorrow to have them fixed under jeep warranty

Truck has had a vibration from day 1 , so far no efforts to help cure the issue,
I called amd asked for a call back 3 different times amd did not receive any call back until I called on Tuesday saying I will car had to be done
