Van was done quicker than I anticipated however when I gathered up my belongings and went to pay I then found out there was more that was recommended to do - it would've been nice to know that before I packed everything up - not a big deal but would've made it a little easier - just an FYI

Found oil spilled in engine compartment at two spots and greasey finger prints on plastic dash at hood release. Visit took 4 hours and 20 min for a two hour process with no updates until asked and than response was slow.
Was ignored for the first 20 minutes and watched 3 people walk passed me.cyndee was Rude and said "thank you" when I said the customers serviced sucked.(very professional) gave me a hassle about my truck being from canada had to call the company I bought it from and chrysler to clear things up FOR A RECALL!! Not to mention **** hannah did the first recall of the airbags...
No evaluation! No wash. If I didn't have an oil change that was pre paid for. I would have had no service

Allison was great! However the recall service that I came in for was not completed, even though my car had been left overnight. I have a speaker that I thought was not working and was making a crackling sound. All that was written on the summary was "speaker broken" That was obvious already! No information about what needs to be done or when that can happen. I requested in an email to have my Jeep washed. That was not done, again, even though the vehicle was there for 24 hours. I want to reiterate that Allison was very helpful with what information she was given. Unfortunately that did not lead to a positive outcome.
