Trial, was great. Professional, kind and courteous. She knew I had been there before for prior services and had me go into the waiting while she completed the paperwork for my current service. In no time at all my car was ready! I barely had time to drink a cup of complementary coffee. AMAZING.

I had a slow leak in my tire they found the nail got it out got my car washed vacuumed out the front seat floor boards wish they would vacuum the whole car but I appreciate it thank you

Change the policy back on rental vehicles. This new policy is absurd. I’m going to start taking my business elsewhere. 60 days to get reimbursed thru Chrysler if they approve my claim? That’s ridiculous. And the lack of loaner vehicles is unheard of.
This is the third time my Dodge Journey, which only has 7200 miles on it, has been in for service. Tiela was fantastic, as always, but I really wish something was being done to make me a satisfied DODGE customer, not just a satisfied **** HANNAH customer.

Not sure why it took 2-1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation and wash.
She blew up at a coworker while I was standing at the counter. This was not appropriate place to confront someone.
But then she put on a (fake) happy face to finish my transaction.
Otherwise I think the service was adequate. Not the best for sure.
I was disappointed to find out that after making two trips to the service department the feature that was supposed to be installed wasn't available for my model of vehicle. Clearly there is a lack of knowledge on the sales side but the fact that my vehicle stayed one full day and an additional half day before it was discovered that the feature wasn't available was kind of crappy. Also, not having loaners considering how much money I spent on my vehicle is kind of crappy. Finally, I love in Portland. I traveled to **** Hannah to received quality customer, I know several people who make that drive. Why would there not be a shuttle to Portland?
The staff is nice, which is heartening.
A 2 hr procedure took the better part of 3 days!
Again, I am unsure how to respond to this. I called you folks about the three big scratches you put in my vehicle and was told someone would "get right back to you" about it. It is now 30 minutes short of 24 hours and I have yet to hear from ANYONE! Not impressed. Judy Craine

Very fast friendly and efficient service
The only problem I had was I called twice before I came in for the oil change and asked about the type of oil I needed and I insisted that I was told it was synthetic and that I wanted to make sure and the lady said that it was conventional oil and told me I wouldn't spend more than $40 +Tax on my oil change???? Well when I got there today I was told it would only be synthetic for my car and I was pissed because now I had to pay $75 that made me mad?
Came in for my first oil change on my new Pacifica. It was agreed at purchase through management it was to be free. She would not honor it. Second, my hatch has not been closing about 10 times out of the last two months. Couldn't seem to find out why. Third, she told me my car would be cleaned, was not done. Poor, poor service. Extremely unhappy
