Tires were rotated and tire pressures not checked, now TPMS light on. Smells like they spilled fuel on the engine when changing fuel filter drove alll the way home smelling hot diesel fuel. Asked to have def filled that didn't happen hD to stop at the auto parts store just down the street and buy some to drive home. Was charged 150$ for fuel filter and separater that I can but a kit from mopar online for 85.00 I called two dealers in Portland and they both said the service only is charged a half hour or roughly $50.00 labor and they didn't understand why I was charged diesel repair rate for a filter maintenance.
I guess **** Hanna doesn't care about new customers and would rather rob a person blind on the first service. Lesson learned I won't be back!

Brought jeep in for service. When I picked it up, I didn't have any windshield washer fluid. Makes me wonder how thorough everything is checked when something so obvious is missed.
**** Hannah does not understand the meaning of satisfaction. You damage customer vehicles (and don't repair them) you don't address customer issue,
management and employees do not call customers back.

Service was good, however I feel that 2 hours shop labor for installing window visors is a bit excessive. 1 hour per side, what a joke.
