I found white paint transfer on my passenger door that was not there when I dropped off my vehicle. Some of the lights on my A/C control panel are not working. My vehicle was covered in leaves from being parked under a tree. Not expecting first class service on a recall repair but I would like to get my vehicle back in the same condition as when I dropped it off.

Lack of communication between service rep manager and I water problem for which I brought vehicle in could not be diagnosed without $400 inspection and I spent Additional &500 on suggestions repair and still had water in back. Too much detail to submit. Manager and staff didn't solve problems

I dropped off my car at 1030 and they didnt do anything and I oicked it up at 230 because i had to pick up my son. I was told to go back when i had time.

Key wasn't fixed. As soon as my husband got home (45 min after leaving your facility) I tried the key and it won't open side or rear door. I paid you $90 for nothing. I will be calling and requesting a full refund. Still not sure why it took almost 2 hours to replace a battery and then the key still didn't work. I will try another dealership that isn't a 60 mile round-trip from my house and a waste of 3+ hours.
