Matthew was fantastic!!!. When I first arrived at the express lane a service rep ( I don't remember his name) came up to my vehicle and asked if I had an appointment and I said no and then asked if I was here for an oil change and tire rotation and I said yes. At that point he didn't say anything else and walked away. I sat there for about 5 minutes before Matthew came up and asked me if someone has already help me,. I mentioned to him about the other service rep that I had talked to, and Matthew immediately said he would help me which did. Again Matthew was fantastic.
Your call center is going to drive customers elsewhere. The service rep in the shop was great though
I didn't know this kind of service even existed. I am still amazed and I will be back.

Kelsey is awesome and provides great feedback. My concern is I paid for a days worth of loaner and took my vehicle back because the concerns could not be validated. Check engine light and code are intermittent and came back on the next morning and remained on for 12 hours before going off again. I have scheduled another appointment to drop off my vehicle again on Monday with no guarantees that concern will be duplicated while there. All while having to pay for what is stated as bieing covered by my max care warranty. 1st day loaner free and up to five days per incident up to $175 in 1st 7 years or 100,000k. Engine code is P0302 and is a known code for warped cylinder head which must be confirmed by leak down test. Parts are potentially back ordered up to 3 weeks. I would hope the concern can be validated (leak down test) and vehicle returned to operating condition while parts are ordered. (Cannot be without for 1-3 weeks) I drive to multiple locations daily as an Area Manager. Please advise on how I should proceed to rectify this issue. Gresham was willing to tear down, confirm and return to operating condition while parts are ordered. I know this because I was there to buy parts (for my business) prior to my visit to your dealership and I come here because of Kelsey and proximity to my home. I would greatly prefer to continued to do so as that's my preference and Kelsey is great to work with.

I was completely satisfied but it would've been nice if my jeep had been washed after service and prior to me picking it up since we are customers for life and are supposed to get free car washes.

Was overcharged for the oil change however received a call back on the mistake and was given a free oil change on the next visit I don't normally spend 140 dollars on a routine oil change

In my last visit I was told to replace one tire because I had a flat that could not be repaired. I thought I had tires for life as long as I used **** Hannah for maintenance I was told my unrepairable tire did not count for that program. This is not Matts fault. On my previous visit my cabin air filter was replaced during replacement my glove box tensioner was damaged/broken I brought my jeep back into the service center they confirmed it was broke but told me I was not fixable.
