We were told it would take an hour for an oil change and it took 3.
They never did wash the car after they said they would but the worst part is we waited an hour and a half after the recall service was done when they were supposed to be washing it. When I asked the guy why it didn't get washed he had no reason just that they didn't do it. I missed an hour and a half of work waiting for nothing.
Best service I have ever had. I will highly recommend **** Hannah!

This service department wouldn't be the same without Kelsey, she honestly goes above and beyond all possible expectations. I've worked with her quite a few times and she has always been so helpful, understanding and I can put trust in her that I won't be ripped off or jacked around. She is the only reason I drive 30 minutes each way to get my car serviced at **** Hannah. Hopefully you guys take great care of her so she'll always be there at **** Hannah when I need her.
