Disgusted, disappointed,dissatisfied. Misled from the moment I made the appointment. Was told my manufacturer warranty was valid prior to any work being done. It wasn’t. Was led down a path by FCA that further soured my experience. All the while **** Hannah at worst actively worked against me, and at best passively did nothing. Either FCA lied about what Allison said or she flat out lied. Voicemail and call logs prove this. Further confounding is the information provided to FCA that has no bearing on the reason why my vehicle was brought in for service. I’m three vehicles deep into **** Hannah and it is likely my last. If I printed out every report I found on the internet, from forums to consumer reports, about the issue I have with my car I could have a book to rival the Bible. FCA made overtures of helping me out as long as we could isolate the problem. Hundreds of dollars later in diagnostics they insult me with an offer of $500 towards a $4800 repair. The best I get from **** Hannah is a voicemail telling me I’m running out of time and I have a bill due. Believe in nice indeed. I’ve spoken with over 30 mechanics since. One thing they all agree on is how crooked Chrysler and **** Hannah have treated me. I’m five months on the wrong side of a 60 month warranty with a vehicle that can’t even muster 100k miles without needing $5000 injected into it to keep it on the road. A well documented issue with a failing lifter wearing the lobe off the cam shaft. A check engine light that only comes on after the damage is done? Poor design with MDS or inferior parts? The best the dealer or manufacturer can do is $500? Soulless crooked scoundrels. No problem taking my money but no interest in supporting there product. Three more years of payments for a vehicle worth maybe a third of what I owe on it. The best I can hope for is a tree to fall on the car so the gap insurance kicks in. Short of a goodwill repair and a new motor I’m positive I will never consider another product from FCA or **** Hannah again.

Matthew was very helpful and even went the extra mile to try and help get my vehicle fixed. I spoke with other employees who didn't make it a very great experience, but Matt was sincere and considerate.

Jeff is a top notch employee He treated us very well and seen to it that our car was serviced and the recall problem was fixed and that we got a ride back home and back to the dealer as this is our only car He was very respectful and courteous

Allie did a good job of getting my truck in getting the service done I am not pleased that the price of the service of $1,300 in change for something that coming says is not required unless they're so it coming out of my exhaust pipe which was not the case the onboard computer told me I must get this service done every place I've checked say they don't do the service unless there is a sick problem the crankcase breather filter didn't need to be replaced but the rest of it I think is b******* I will not be using your services any longer because I feel I've been duped into performing a service that was not needed

When I picked up vehicle my service manager was on the phone whole time.... passed me off to some other lady (Tina?) who was clearly put out having to have me sign the paperwork. My Jeep was not even washed. Will not be coming back to **** Hanna for warranty work or anything else.

The only complaint i have is i get offered a car wash and i never get my truck washed it is always returned to me unwashed. The only reason i dont complain about it to any one is because the car wash is free. Other than not ever geting the car wash like iam promised every thing eles was fine Kelsey Arnold did a excellent job and was very kind.
