Everything was great! The only thing that I would suggest is that if you sent an message that your car is done and they are just going to wash it before I pick it up.... You should actually wash it. I was excited to see the message that you were going to wash the car and then I showed up and saw my dirty car. LOL. You got me excited for nothing. :(

When I scheduled the service appointment I asked if I could get the truck washed and the interior cleaned, the operator confirmed that they would. When I dropped it off with Matthew, he also confirmed that the interior would be cleaned. when I picked up the truck today they did nothing to the interior. this is actually the third time this has happened. We have bought three vehicles since 2013 from Hannah motors two KIA Sorrento's a 2013 and a 2017 and the 2015 Dodge pickup. With service like this my confidence in the Dodge service department has been shaken.
