He was vey polite and reviewed everything in detail.
We were told we would need to make an appt, then we were told they could have it done in an hour so we choose to stay for the hour. At the end of the hour someone came and asked what it was that we needed fixed. Then and hour and a half alter I got a text saying my car was Finnish. 25 minutes later I am still asking where is my car.
I also was not happy that we were quoted ithe cost to be $69, when I went to pay I was told it was $168. To say the least I won't be back there again. I don't have time on a Saturday my only day off to sit in your waiting room for 3 hours. The ladies that were working today were not very friendly.
