Mary was great! I drove in and I waited for several minutes for someone to approach. There were several svc mgrs there. Another car pulled in behind me an the svc mgr with long red hair walked up to the other car and assisted them ignoring me. Mary came up and asked if I had been helped yet and I said no so she got me checked in. She was great thru the whole service appt.

I took my car in to fix my heater - they thought they fixed it the problem ( hole wasn’t working. Had to take it back up n to find out the real problem and then it got fixed and working again :). Now I think there’s an electrical issue (def. wasn’t there before ) the heater will turn on by itself automatically after I shut it off. :(

really bad service I came there for a new start switch mess my whole system up didn't take responsibility for your technians damage after 7 days of no vehicle for me didn't take care of my rental and still wanting to charge me your service is ridicules never coming back or referring anyone all our company trucks are ram aboit10 of them never getting any of my business again you guys just plain ****

Everyone was great! She was exceptionally polite, smiled, and had a great sense of humor regarding my last car race, Gambler 500. Everything went very smooth and I appreciated being kept up to date through text via my work cell. I've got an incredibly busy work schedule myself working outdoors with my own customers, and enabled me to feel good about the work that needed to be performed. I am planning on coming back to work through the lunch list she shared with me. Thank You!

It was time to replace two tires on the tires for life program. when they did not callback I made repeated trips and was told they would call. Eventually I went to see Cyndee Lamar who determined that the claim had been placed for 4 tires resulting in confusion Cyndee then asked someone to complete the task and that person did not do so. Cyndee is aware of this and did ultimately get the task completed. You can look at the record, I believe this process took about three weeks. Lee **** ****-****-xxxx

Allie was very imformative with the process of my truck's progress. I enjoyed working with her. The only problem I had, when I made the appointment, I was asked if I need a loaner car, my answer was "yes". When I dropped off my truck, there was no loaner vehicles, which in turn made me have to rent from Enterprise, which in turn put me in financial debt because of the hold that was placed on my card. Why ask the question, if there isn't a 'hold' on a vehicle for people who answer "yes, they need a loaner car"?
