Alli took all my information. she got back to the body shop with their findings. Ron called left message to call him. I did and when I got the message he had already left. The truck would have never left there in its condition in my opinion had it been test driving. Very unhappy customer at this point. Ron S. is trying to resolve all concern'S. Rick Stocker has been emailed what I emailed Ron on Monday morning. Waiting on body shop to ok repair of the faulty steering gear that was replaced. Really need truck back. Currently UNSATISFIED at the moment. This is not of fault by Alli. Truck was not ready when told that it was.To many issues. Again, very unhappy.

We had an appointment to replace our radio, and we dropped off the vechile the night prior in the drop off box. When my husband called to see if the van was ready, he was told. He arranged to get a ride from a co-worker. He arrived at the dealership to be told that the radio was not replaced as you returned it. We not informed when we booked the appointment over 2 weeks ago, not a call in the morning when our keys were picked up, or even told when he called to see if it was ready. We have 2 infants under one, and I had without a vechile all day cause it was to be repaired, and that was not the case. Now we had to make another appointment and I will be without a vechile yet again with our infants. I manage a hotel, and this is not customer service. **** Hannah has disappointed us yet again. We have told fro nds not to go to **** Hannah and if we did not have to us you for service, we would not. This is horrible customer service and no try to make it right in any way. This is not the first, and really hoping it’s the last, and us you again

I enjoy having Kelsey as a service person. Its nothing against her. But I feel that the idleing is rough . I don't like the sound it makes. But they tell me there isn't anything wrong. I know you contact me before about me marking it not good. But I help my mom and haven t been able to get back sorry. But please call me on this matter. I'm sorry. And Kelsey is a great person and she treats you well.. Thank you

I am impressed by the professional (and friendly) atmosphere at **** Hannah. Every time I have met with the staff has been satisfying. Special kudos to Kelsey Arnold for taking such good care of us.

Teila went over and beyond service got us a rental car when our vehicles were not ready and was considerate in every way as was all of the team It was a bit confusing as we had 2 trucks in with recall and from the get go our name was spelled wrong on the original invoice not her fault We came 20 miles one way and 3 trips to finalize all good also met Stephanie in sales Only complaint too much congestion at drop off

Kelsey was very thorough With emails and phone calls to inform me of the status of the work being done on our car.Dakota Brachman was exceptionally helpful in setting up my service appointment and getting my concerns addressed quickly. I was told about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours and Ms. Hickox actually argued and lied to me. I won’t be back.

I brought my Jeep in today to have a thermostat replaced perform cooling system service and Flash PCM with updated software. In reviewing the recommended Services there were 14 surfaces four of which had already been performed in the last year at Hannah stating they had failed including oil change. How come these recommendations have failed when they were just performed in the last year? You have to look at your records more closely. The Flash PCM was done October 19th 2017 engine oil change done October 7th to 7:15 brake fluid system Exchange performed October 2016 the license plate bulb was just loose not failed you were going to charge me $145. This inconsistency is not acceptable. I like to take good care of my car and I expect to be treated fairly. Check your records before you start failing the recommendations.

Part that was delivered was broken. They did not advise me of this prior to my 8am appointment and had to travel to Vancouver twice to pick up my vehicle that isn’t fixed. Now I have to wait two weeks for another part. Not pleased.

One request I had was to activate the DRL which, according to service letter 08-054-13, requires use of a scan tool to reconfigure software. I was told vehicle was not equipped with DRL. I guess I should have given the letter to them.

Matt and his team did a great job today identifying the problem with our Dodge Caravan. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire repair process. Great job! We'll be back. (Hopefully many months from now.)
