It took over 2 hours to get a door handle replaced. All that was needed was the small end cap that pops on and off easily because they had it off but couldn’t fix the chipped paint. Apparently there was confusion either about where the part was or how to replace it. We were there early for our appointment and and did not expect to be there so long & had to reschedule another appointment that day.

On the website it recommended a 50k service but get into the service department and the tech told me the service is really just your basic oil change. Once my car was done they handed me my receipt but it didn’t have any of the tests (battery, brakes, etc) results that should have been done. I knew my windshield wipers were bad and expected they would be replaced during the servicing but once I got back into my car I realized they were the same wipers. Also upon getting back into my car the car’s oil life at zero warning for service pinged. If the oil and filter had been changed why was the warning not reset? What Work was really done to my car?

The agent I dealt with was very professional and dealt with my concerns on BOTH visits to you this week with a great attitude. Now I just wish you guys were a little faster when actually doing the work for things like oil changes and flat tires. ;)

Terrible communication, took a long time for service to be performed (over a week) truck was left a mess and it wasn’t even brought to my attention that an oil change was due or that my windows still didn’t work. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had while dealing with Dodge. There was no “make it right” even presented, other then sorry...

Hello No I was not completely satisfied today with my service. At the service department, basically service department was not entirely truthful with me. I was told an hour to get my oil changed and that ended up taking 3 hours. Now I completely understand things happen and you guys get busy but if you would have told me all we've got five cars in the bay and you might take a couple two to three hours I would have said okay cool. Also I had a coupon on your website for an oil change for 29.95 I showed the coupon to the service agent and they said it was fine okay cool. When I get the bill the guy said I'm sorry for your wait will take 10% off okay that's cool. But then the bill was $65 I was quoted 35 with tax from the previous service agent. I do not appreciate being lied to if you guys do not accept a coupon on your website you need to tell the customer that upfront. not change your mind the minute you get the bill not acceptable. Needless to say my service agent the express service agent was willing to change the price to what I was originally quoted which I do appreciate but next time please tell the customer up front what the price will be and not lie to them just to get them through the door. I will be very hesitant on going back next time I may go to Quick Lane across the road. I apologize for being a stickler but most customers including me do not like being told different things by different people and expect something to be $30 more when what they would originally quoted When I physically show them the coupon that I print out and gave to the first service agent Thank you

I drove up into the quick line lane and no one offered help to me for over 15 minutes then I had to find a salesman to come get the service people to help me at this point no one was doing anything one lady said “I was taking a test that’s why I didn’t see you. There were like 9 people there not one would help me till I went into sales and got someone , absolutely appalling!
