At first I got the run around, then when I tried to tell Allison what I wanted done she wouldn't listen to what I had to say, to be honest she didn't smile, she didn't say thank you, she acted like I was just no body!

They said they checked my spark plugs so I changed them today 11/08/17 and I noticed the plug they checked was loose plus they did not blow out the area the spark plug sits in with air because there was dirt and leaves and paticals in there that could have possibly went into my engine. I also found that my heater core was not clogged like they said it was.

I was at your dealership to have my parents car fixed for a factory recall. I received a call that the car brakes were in terrible condition. That it was unsafe to drive at all. I said the car has been brought in for the factory is that done. Jeff who called me said yes,and I said I have already had the car checked out and it is fine, and I will just get the car. He says who are you, I said you called me and I’m Teresa. When you make a call please know who you are calling, very unprofessional. I told him I would wait for the shuttle to pick me up at 3:30 which is what your driver told me his name is Bill. Jeff says you don’t make arrangements we do that you have to call them and see if they can pick you up. So I had to get my parents from there house in Ridgefield to come up to my house in Vancouver and take me back to the dealership, that has always had return service. When I picked up the car, I just wanted to pick up the car and leave. Then Jeff says you have to get those brakes fixed, once again I said I have already had a mechanic look at it. There is not a problem maybe you have a different way of looking at it. He said no and turned his back to me and I was dismissed. I may be a woman but I do my research and have more knowledge about cars as alot of other women, because we are in the business world. I do not appreciate being talkeddown to. I also called your manager and was told by Monica he would call me yesterday. That never happened. I called and asked for a survey and was told it may show up in 5 days. Very disappointed in your customer service. Teresa

Customer serviceWas great but I don't like that you guys only serve full synthetic oils now and don't give more of an option for blender conventional and you guys didn't wash my truck for the 4th time again

Was satisfied with with the process, with exception of courtesy vehicle. My vehicle was at the dealer for almost a week, total bill was about $3000 and I was not offered or given when asked a courtesy vehicle. I had to figure out rides then rental car, with which unsatisfactory; aAll other dealerships I’ve been to previously offered a courtesy vehicle even when repairs took a day or two.

Wanted to let the Mgr know women’s toilet was dirty. No soap floor was littered after an hour and a half still nothing was done. Also how about some women s magazines in the waiting room. Please respond

Jeff made sure that the vehicle was inspected and issues were corrected. He kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and was in contact with me via text message the whole time the car was being serviced. He responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Great customer service

The vehicle wasn’t done when they said it would be. No one Called me to give me update on required work. Now I have to make A separate trip to fix something. Then my car came back to me dirty. Won’t be back, overall very disappointed.
