I estimate I have been working with the service department chasing down this issue with my drivers chair since March/April 17 timeframe. After 2 failed attempts to resolve the issue, a part was determined to be the root cause. That part was order, I was not contacted (phone/email/letter) that the part was available for install. I waited, 5000miles until my next service to bring my car in to execute all services at once. I then learn the part was sent back and was not available for install, and that it would have to be reordered, requiring to make an additional service appointment.
Additionally, I expect my car to be washed and vacuumed when returned from service. Neither of those things happened, and is a part of Service at the dealership in Oregon where I purchased the vechicle.
We were never given a quote for the service price of replacing the windshield wipers and once completed we were told a receipt would be email which came back with a zero dollar cost although we paid $57 for the replacement wipers which if we had known going to cost that much would’ve just gone to Jiffy Lube and have them check everything else will stay tune for free this is disappointing In the way the service was provided and not in line with the service we received in the past no communication and not listening to our request we will not likely be returning for simple service work
Everything went smoothly and I had very quick and reliable Service. With a wait of less than an 2 hours.

Job not completed, problem still there... took all day... recall issues not fixed, seat not fixed, lights not fixed! Waisted all day!!!

Allison was great. She took time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. In fact I asked for her card so I will be able to deal with her whenever I need anything done with mt car.
I did not want the key go with hidden key and that is what they programmed one with key extra 45 then I waited in my car for KELSEY for 15 mins then from where I sat I could see my car I shop go from being on lift to being in aisle with no one working on the e brake that should have worked when I bought it and I asked about my tire pressure light on and I have to pay to have sensors in not Hannah pay because it is a warning light so it should have been working then at the end I felt kind of drilled by KELSEY to give all 10s for review I was not pleased by whole experience

The person in charge of keeping us updated on our car didn't work on Monday and instead of having someone call that day about our warranty she waited 7 hours into her work day on Tuesday to call and that was only after I had called and left a message a second time. After having repeatedly said this is our only car. At the end of the conversation while polite her tone insinuated that I should stop calling she would call when she was ready to. Also I don't understand why I'm getting this survey our car isn't fixed yet. It is my understanding the parts won't even be in until tomorrow. Please get it together
After 20+ years being a Hannah customer, this was the best service experience.
Kelsey was amazing, and went above and beyond to make a bad situation into satisfying experience.
Kelsey wil always be my go to person.

Took 4 hours only to have to come back and leave vehicle for a week. Could have told me in 30 minutes
