I came in for oil change and found other items needed to be attended to. Thankfully they worked me in and I didn't have make an appt. to return for those services. All were friendly both in service and other areas of **** Hannah. The work was done early and was less than estimated which was nice surprise.
My valet key out of the remote key fob wasn’t returned.

When you are waiting for your car to be serviced and no one lets you know it is done and they go to lunch and no one lets you know until you go to the service department and they tell you it is done. They knew I was waiting in the waiting room. Poor service. .
I brought in my car to get an electronic part fixed. When I picked it up, the remote key was not working at all .. could not lock or unlock the door (never happened before). Alyssa was very knowledgeable and very nice- helped me out with this big issue. Her customer service is great and I appreciate her for squeezing me in the next day to work on my key fob. Great customer service and very helpful.
