The service tech would NOT rotate my tires claiming there was insufficient tread remaining (3/32"). I knew that was impossible because my truck has less than 17,000 miles, but they still wouldn't rotate tires. When I picked up the vehicle a different service writer, Allie Charlevoix measured tread at 6/32". While I appreciate that Allie gave me a card for a future free oil change, I didn't get my tires rotated like I had asked when the truck was dropped off and im not going to waste another day bringing it back for tire rotation. If your serice tech can'tell the difference between 3/32" and 6/32" then that person needs retraining. I hope this was just poor workmanship and not an effort to sell me tires when they were clearly not ready for replacement. That would be cause for me to take my future maintenence of BOTH my cars (Kia and Ram) to a different dealership. So I will be considering that between now and the next time either of my cars needs service again.

Allison has got her act together. She knew who I was when I walked through the door, greeted me by name and was ready to go. Checkout and payment took only a couple minutes with no waiting. Truck was parked out front ready to go. Treat this lady well. It would be a shame to lose her. Good customer service seems so rare today. What a refreshing change.

Jeff was fantastic - he kept me up to date on the progress and when I picked the truck up, he took the time to explain the work completed as well as answering my general questions about getting familiar with my diesel truck. I feel confident he will continue to take excellent care of my truck for years to come!!

The fact that your company put a damaged wheel on my vehical to replace the one damaged from your techs lack of following your companies protocol is very upsetting. Still showing no concern for your customers after they could have killed me or someone else. All the reading I have done on this company it sounds like the owners need to focus on your service departments not sales.Very discouraging to have this happen. I do not believe I will ever bring my vehical for service or buy another vehical from **** Hannah again. Very dis-satisfied in the quality of customer service supplied by your service department. I was very clear to the manager I was taking it to have it checked by another certified dealer when I got it back. Was very suprised to see that **** Hannah Jeep service put a damaged wheel on my vehical. I spent $60.00 to show me I can not trust your company. They cut corners and put lives in danger. Unacceptable! As customers we put our trust in the people working on our vehical an your company has proved they are untrustworthy. Still waiting for a new wheel promised on 11-07-2017 by J.Roberts.
