This will be the last time I use **** Hannah for any auto experience! I have purchased numerous vehicles from them and this has been the worst.
My expectations for when I make an appointment is to have all my requests and concerns taken care of. I requested oil change / 50k milage / new tires and filters and to only have an oil change done in 5 Hours is not acceptable! I had no communication to let me know that there were no tires in stock or that my car was complete for hours while I just waited. What a complete waste of a day. When I spoke to the techician at checkin he acknowledged all my concerns yet nothing was done and when I make an appointment two weeks in advance I would assume and expect to have tires in stock and was led to believe you had tires in stock.

Brake rotors are supposedly warped and steering does not work properly at 16,000 miles, the brakes had been inspected by a ASE certified brake specialist prior and the rotors where checked with a dial indicator and check out within tolerance, I had this done to eliminate the wear and clause, the abs pump or controller are suspect, the steering rack or pump is making loud noises as the wheel is being turned interimently, it did not use to do this, it began to happen recently and still does, they said nothing is wrong so another problem i' m stuck with, I plan to take my vehicle to a independent mechanic to have the problem fixed at my cost because warrantee service not being honored.

Gary Martin was very polite, and fixed the problem with my car leaking oil very quickly. He explained what was causing it and wished me Happy Birthday. I was on my way within 20 minutes.

I have always been happy with the service we have gotten from **** hannah, this time wasnt the first experience we have had with your dealership, allthough it has been awhile since we have done buisness together. Your shop also rebuilt my 89 wrangler laredo, and we purchaced a 05 cherokee from you. We no longer have the cherokee but the 89 is still running strong! However, on the paperwork i recieved before leaving there i'm not sure that part of the papers were ment for me?...there is someone elses name and something about a pickup on the second page?...so if you could let me know if it is something you need returned? Other than that, very pleased as always with the service...thanks a bunch!
