Throughly honest and knowledgeable, Dakota followed my vehicle through the process of Setting me up for service and keeping me informed as work was being done. I was pleasantly surprised when he called to follow up days after I had picked up my car to check on my satisfaction . He is a young man who Iobviously takes personal pride in helping others. Dakota is the best.

We paid over $1000 to get our windshield wipers working again. After the repair, it turned out that 50,000 miles was added to our odometer during repair at **** Hannah. We were told we had to purchase a BCM through salvage because Chrysler no longer made new ones. After we paid and were driving the vehicle home, we noticed the change on the odometer. This is a big concern for us and we are still pursuing an answer.

Though I left my correct contact information several times I was repeatedly contacted through the wrong old number. I authorized service up to $100 and asked for the tail light to be trouble shooted, I was told that it was probably bad but they didn’t replace it which should have been a simple thing. Now it’s something I have work into my schedule. I’m also upset about my radio and interior lights not working properly, I understand that intermittent problems are difficult to reproduce but it does it all the time, so I fail to see that it didn’t do it a couple times if someone put in the time and effort to replicate the problem.

No complaints for Alyssa. However my car was not washed and I had to wait a half an hour past when she said someone was going to get my vehicle. I had to go to the back lot to retrieve my vehicle. I am not satisfied for the time that I had to waste waiting, my vehicle was done around 3:30 and I didn’t come until 5:00. A couple months ago, I was told of a recall that had to be done and they were waiting on parts. When I called last week, they knew nothing of the first recall. I haven’t been real satisfied with the level of professionalism overall. Again, Alyssa was nice and I do not have an issue with her level of service
