My satellite radio is no longer working. The steering wheel also has some weird movement and makes a clicking noise. For over 2k and having my car for that long i would expect a better outcome.

Many reason the latest is final detailing. The car inside windows are not nor ever were clean. A scratch was not noticed after the quick detail it was give. Other issues about the purchase I will save for now.

My car was supposed to be fixed teo times now going on a third time and they do work that has not solved the problem and they charge me every time. I need my car and a loaner while it is being repaired.

Kelsey was fine. We paid for a key that we did not need. It works without the key fob. We also paid sales tax. We are Oregon residents. Again Kelsey's service has been good

My service manager originally promised to list a concern and it’s resolution on my final paperwork. When I picked up the truck the next day, when she was no longer working, I noticed it was missing. I was able to get the replacement service manager to do the write up for me, however.
