The only negative, is that my truck still had dents when I picked it up. Haha. Thanks for the recall support and I'll keep you in mind when I get my next car.

Dissatisfied Again. We brought our truck in for an oil change and a check engine light Saturday. Around 1pm we were called and told the oil change was done and the check engine light was no longer on so we could pick up the vehicle. After explanation of the check engine light coming in and off multiple times we were told that it had come on 15 times but cleared every time so bring it back when it's lite again. We advised they needed to fix the issue. We later received a text the were replacing the fuel pump assembly and parts would not be in until Tuesday. We agreed to leave the truck at the service center. Tuesday I called to get status mid afternoon to find out it would not be ready until close to 6pm. We had prior engagements so could not pick it up that evening. Called Wednesday mid morning to be sure it was fixed the evening before to find out the parts ordered were broken so they replaced them again and the second parts were broken also. The truck needed to be kept another day, We were given a loaner vehicle. Received a call Wednesday after 5pm to tell me yo come pick up the truck. I advised it would need to be tomorrow as it was too short of notice to get there before they closed. I was told the loaner vehicle was due back and they would stay a little late so we could get there. My husband got there turned in the loaner and drove his truck home. There was a horrible burning oil smell and smoke coming out from under the hood. He made it home, popped the hood to discover a mass amount of oil spilled all over the engine that someone tried to wipe up. This is started more wasted time calling back into the service center to fix the issue. please do call me to discuss. I don't believe anyone reviews these as I have submitted dissatisfied surveys before and never once received a follow up call. I will be finding a new service center as I cannot continue to have this type of service on my two new cars. Thank you, Carol ****-****-xxxx

Absolutely horrible experience that made me question owning a Chrysler ever again. I have honestly have thought about selling my truck only so I never have to deal with this service department again,. Truly mind blowing how awful the experience has been. Took months just to get a call back and almost 6 months to get an actual appointment.

I'm still not sure what the future problems with the linkage on the recall will pose so I plan to get another opinion since there's a noise I had explained when I dropped off my truck and still have no idea what is causing it. From what I've researched on the internet it is most likely the linkage, but I was told that it was inspected and nothing was found wrong, it would have been nice to see pictures of what was inspected to put my mind at ease, so I will find another source and find out what is going on. I was treated respectfully but still don't understand what's making this noise and I would think if it was throughly inspected I would know what was going on. Thank you!

It's been over a month and I still don't have aloner car so tthat I can drop off my brand new jeep so that my broken transmission. can be fixed.

It was the worst service I had ever received. Jeff would not listen to me, every time I tried to explain the situation he would interrupt me. This happened every time we talked, not just once. He is the worst service person I have ever worked with. I will never come back to your dealership. And I will absolutely never buy a vehicle from you. Your dealership has some serious problems with customer service.
