Shawn was honest and transparent with the process of my Jeep’s recall and hardware issues and ensured that I was informed with time to make changes if nesessary.
The service was performed well but communication with Matthew was terrible. Never received a call reviewing the services performed as promised, also never received a response from multiple text messages. Left a message to have Matthew call me back, call was never returned. As a result, wasn't able to arrange that the keys were left with the front desk, as I was unable to make it to the service center before closing due to work. Because of this, I missed important plans on Friday and was forced to pick my car up at 7 am on Saturday. In total, I got my car two days later than expected, and had to spend $50 in Lyft rides because of not having my car.

I am bringing back my car f or the third time in as many days. Driving 80 miles round trip with two cars for the same problem. The cost for the repairs 1300.00 each time total 2600.00 and the car stills does the same thing. Which leads me to believe none of the repairs to this point needed to be done. How do you resolve this problem???
The service tech, Gary Martin, was very nice to work with.
However, although my rear tires couldn't be rotated, I asked for air in the tires during the servicing of my JEEP. That was forgotten.
The reminder sticker in my window was removed and a new one was not put in place of it.
Normally my vehicle is vacuumed in the front when I have it serviced and it was not done.
Hard working people.. they work fast I like it.. thanks to all of you that help me getting my car fix..
Alyssa made my service experience a pleasant one . She is easily One of the best advisors I have experienced at Hannah . She obviously knows what she is doing .
Allison was great. Dealing with her was a pleasure. But the rest of the experience was unsatisfactory.
